RedCircle recently raised seed financing of $1.5 Million and offers free podcast hosting with analytics, help with distribution and a feature set tailored to small shows.

One of the features available at launch is its cross-promotion tool. It allows you to find shows on RedCircle to cross-promote each other’s shows.
