Paul is getting too much wordpress comment spam and is wondering what to do to stop it?

We all suggest Akismet which is a plugin that stops 99% of comment spam.

Andrew brings up facebook or google + comments which also eliminate spam because you have to comment using your social profile.

We talk about the Social Comments plugin.

Bob likes the Pulse Hover plugin which adds social sharing options right on the picture.

Paul asks what happens when WordPress upgrades does it break the plugin?

Andrew recommends a podcast called WordPress Plugins from A to Z.

Sanj and Andrew talk about ways to prevent your site from breaking due to plugins.

James posted a facebook message about Nokia being purchased by Microsoft and Norm called in to say that what will be left of Nokia?

Bob and Andrew said this is exactly what Blackberry should do sell the hardware division and license the operating systems.

Norm calls in to say that it is the weirdest thing that Balmer gets to stay and bring in a successor even though he was completely unsuccessful.

Bonnie talks about potential successors for Balmer.

Elop used to work at Microsoft and was the president of Business Solutions, the most profitable division of Microsoft. And now he has experience in the mobile space.

Marcel says we are all on Samsungs now but it turns out we are not.

James says Tim Cook is the new Steve Balmer

Bonnie and Margaret says that Microsoft has 90% of the OS market.
