Podcasting didn’t just gain popularity in 2018. This medium has been around and is now very popular among artists, journalists and book publishers.

Have you noticed a lot of media personalities rolling out their own podcasts of late? Watch the prime time news anchors and chances are you’ll hear them pitching their new or soon to be launched “podcasts.” What do they know that you’re not being told?
When I initially started podcasting, I focused my entire podcast towards helping artists put their music out. In essense, I was helping artists promote their music. As time went by, I found just about that everybody that has a topic or interest. If they can just talk about that interests, for some reason, people are willing to listen to what they have to say. That got me thinking about change and the radical shift from listening to radio hosts to being the “radio host.” But the podcasting format is different from radio in that it is not as structured as radio. There are different formats. These formats are either solving somebody’s problem or they’re just you know just chatting about a topic of interest. Isn’t that awesome? Get on the microphone and chat about a certain topics of interest. There may even be shows offering advice or just sharing live experiences. Think of it, chances are there is a podcast idea for that.
